The Board of Directors invites all homeowners to a Board-hosted town hall on the proposed Exterior Building Maintenance Project.

This meeting is a chance to ask questions, share feedback, and talk directly with the Board and your neighbors about the project. Topics will include:

– Open discussion of the proposed project

– Homeowner questions and feedback

– Project concerns, community priorities, and next steps

This will be a Board-only meeting, without consultants, contractors, or other project professionals in attendance. Any questions that need technical or professional input will be documented and answered in a follow-up, and added to the project FAQ.
