CC&Rs Amendment Ballots

The CC&Rs Amendment ballot is due by October 8th, to be placed in the blue envelope. This vote can allow the Board to remove the individual submeters from each unit and instead include the water bill in the monthly HOA dues.

You can either mail them to the address on each envelope or drop them off in the Building Engineer’s Office in the lobby. If you have any questions or need further clarification on these matters, please contact Management.

Outgoing Mail

The mail carrier would like to advise all residents to use the indoor outgoing mail slot for all outgoing mail as they have noticed the mailbox outside can be tampered with. For your mail’s safety, please use the outgoing mail inside the building to avoid any mailing issues. Thanks!

Recycling Reminder

Solara Lofts Residents,

This is a friendly reminder that ALL boxes, cartons, and other such cardboard type items need to be broken down prior to tossing them into the recycling container.

Recycling Etiquette: All residents are responsible for breaking down all boxes and other large recycle items before placing them into the recycle bin located on the P1 level in the garage. In addition, ALL recycle items, must be placed into the recycle bin and not down the trash chute. With 9 recycle bins for 77 residential units, the bins fill within minutes if all boxes are not broken down. Lastly, residents should not place any non-recyclable items in this area for disposal. Non-recyclable items must be taken into the garbage dumpster area accessible from the Cedar St. side of the building. Our building engineer is the one who has to break down boxes and move the recycle bins to and from the street for pick up. He will be inspecting the recycle bins for violations and violators will be fined.

Thank you for understanding.

Sincerely,

Alex Keefer
