Action Holiday Decorating Contest

I wanted to share this fun, holiday incentive that Action is hosting for all Action communities. Residents are welcome to send photos of holiday decorations around the community. You can submit your photos to marketing@actionlife.com.

What’s allowed

• Any exterior or community space decorations

• Entries that show common areas, building exteriors, courtyards, lobbies, entryways, hallways, clubhouses, landscaping, gates, roofs, balconies and patios that are visible from the exterior

• Anything that represents the overall community’s holiday spirit

What’s not allowed

• Photos taken inside individual homes

• Private interior spaces that aren’t shared common areas

• Anything outside of our community policy

Action will select the top three communities based on all submitted photos. Those finalists will be posted on social media for a vote. The community with the most votes will receive a $500 gift card for a future community cause or event.

Photos must be sent over by 12/15.

Trash Chute & Bulk Item Disposal

We would like to kindly remind everyone about trash & cardboard box disposal. We know nobody likes a clogged trash chute – so let’s all do our part and follow these simple rules:

  1. Do not put any boxes (including pizza boxes) down the trash chute
  2. Break down boxes and dispose of broken down, flattened boxes in the trash room or in the recycling bins inside the garage
  3. Follow the rule of thumb: if it’s larger than a 2L soda bottle, take it down the trash room for disposal
  4. Seal all trash before throwing it down the trash chute
  5. Large items such as mattresses, appliances, and furniture should NOT be left in the trash room or in common areas
  6. Please call a junk or waste servicer for bulk item disposal for any large items

Balcony Run Off Reminder

Friendly reminder to avoid letting water or other liquids fall from your balconies, whether from watering plants, cleaning purposes, pet relief, etc. This practice can lead to safety hazards, property damage, and impact the overall cleanliness of our community.

Please use alternative methods like watering cans and ensure any cleaning activities are managed responsibly. Your cooperation ensures we maintain a safe and clean living environment for everyone.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
