Guest Parking Reminder

We’d like to remind everyone that guest parking spaces are reserved strictly for guests. Residents are not permitted to use these spaces for their own vehicles, even for short periods of time.

Keeping these spaces available for visitors helps ensure that all residents and their guests can enjoy convenient parking when visiting the community.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Recommendation – Leak Detectors in Units

Following recent plumbing-related leaks that affected multiple floors, the Board and Management strongly recommend that owners install water leak detection devices in their units.

These inexpensive devices can be placed near sinks, refrigerators, dishwashers, bathroom fixtures, and washing machines to provide early alerts if moisture is detected. Early detection can significantly reduce damage.

Please remember that leaks originating within a unit that cause damage to other units or common areas may become the responsibility of the originating owner. Taking preventative measures helps protect both your home and your neighbors.
