The Board is looking for volunteers for the following committees to help support the association. Serving on a committee is a volunteer opportunity where members gather and present information to the Board. Please note that committees do not have decision-making authority but play a vital role in assisting the Board with research, recommendations, and community initiatives.

Architectural Committee: Supports the Board in reviewing homeowner architectural applications and ensuring that interior unit modifications align with the community’s standards and governing documents.

Social Media Committee: Helps maintain the association’s online presence by drafting post content, creating graphics, and assisting with communication strategies that keep the community informed and engaged.

Social Committee: Plans and organizes community events, fosters neighbor connections, and encourages a sense of community through creative and fun gatherings.

Security Committee: Works to improve community safety by identifying concerns, recommending solutions, and collaborating with local law enforcement when needed.

Projects Committee: Assists with overseeing maintenance and improvement projects throughout the community.
