New Resident Mobile App

We are excited to announce the release of our first Resident Mobile App. Our new SnapHOA Resident Mobile App will allow you to perform the most commonly used actions from the Resident Portal in a format built just for your mobile device. You’ll be able to take advantage of the following benefits right away, with some additional features such as amenity reservations coming soon.

  1. Announcements – see what’s happening in the community.
  2. My Account
  3. See current balance and recent activity.
  4. Pay by e-check or credit card.
  5. Set-up auto pay.
  6. View
  7. Work Orders and add note.
  8. Violations and add note.
  9. Architectural Applications – see status of application.
  10. Contact information – update contact info and contact preferences for all household members.
