Please be aware that Countywide Mechanical Systems will be on-site on November 15, 2022 from 9:00am-5:00pm to replace the boilers and water storage tanks that service the hot water for the entire building. The Board approved for these major components to be replaced as they are at the end-of-life according to the Reserve Study. In order for Countywide to complete this work, the hot water for the entire building will be shut-off on November 15, 2022 from 9:00am-5:00pm. The cold water may be interrupted intermittently throughout the day. We apologize for the inconvenience, but appreciate your anticipated cooperation while we do this major replacement project!
