Remove Your Lockboxes!

It has been reported on two recent occasions that there have been lockbox thefts that have resulted in break-ins happening at Solara Lofts. Given that, as well as the Association’s newly adopted rules surrounding lock boxes, please remove your lockbox from the exterior lockbox cage on Cedar Ave. NO LATER THAN THE END OF THE DAY THURSDAY, DECEMBER 9. Any lockboxes that remain on this exterior cage after that time will be cut and disposed of in accordance with the Association’s lock box rules.

The new ButterflyMX system was one of the many positives for better security at the building, including making lockboxes to access the building no longer necessary – you can provide virtual keys to your guests, as well as open the doors for them remotely. Lockboxes are permitted for real estate agents with active sales ONLY and must be registered in advance with management.  No rental, vacation rental, or personal resident lockboxes are permitted. Unregistered lockboxes will be removed and disposed. Lockboxes that are not removed within thirty (30) days after the close of a sale will be removed and disposed. All lockboxes must have real estate agent identification on them and are now located in the garbage room ONLY.
