Community Projects – Coming Soon

As winter season ended and we go into Spring 2021, here are some upcoming community projects that are on the schedule for Solara this year.

Roofing Project
This project is currently anticipated to start in June/July 2021. Cornerstone will be the project manager overseeing this large-scale project. More details and information to come in the next few months.

Security Upgrades
The Security Committee has been working tirelessly in evaluating the security concerns for the building, creating a scope of work for security upgrades, and interviewing vendors to provide feedback to the Board of Directors on how to proceed. Coming up this year will be upgrades to the security system, such as the cameras and access system. More details and information to come once a proposal has been approved!

Get Involved! – Run for the Board

Good day to the members of Solara Lofts!

The Annual Election for the Board of Directors at Solara Lofts Owners Association will take place in September 2020. In preparation for the upcoming election, the association is looking for potential candidates. If you are interested in becoming more involved in the community by serving on the Board of Directors, please complete and submit a Candidate Statement form to Management. Check your mail in the coming weeks for a Candidate Request Form and submit your Candidate Statement by August 3, 2020. We hope to hear from you soon!

In these ever-changing times, our team at Action Property Management continues to provide service for your Association while taking measures to protect the safety of the residents. Here is a message from our CEO, Matthew Holbrook, speaking on COVID-19.

Our work and services have been deemed essential, and, therefore, our teams continue to operate with some modifications to follow the recommendations provided by the government and CDC.

Board Meetings will be held virtually/teleconference instead of in-person gatherings. Management works remotely when possible, and sanitation supplies are provided in the office.
