Please be advised that the Annual Meeting for 2022 is currently scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, 2022. In order to reach quorum and open ballots, we must have a total of 20 ballots. So far we have only received 13 ballots. If you have not yet submitted your ballot, please complete and submit your ballot by mail to ACE Inspectors, PO Box 19729, San Diego, CA 92159. If we do not receive at least 20 ballots by September 14th, the Annual Meeting will be postponed until October 2022.
Please review the attached important notice about upcoming garage sweeping/power washing. Please be advised that Professional Maintenance Systems (PMS) will be onsite on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 11:30am to perform garage sweeping in the parking garage on all levels (P1 – P4). PMS will also be onsite Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 9:00am to perform the power washing of the parking garage on all levels (P1 – P4) from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
All vehicles must be vacated from the parking garage before 9:00AM on Thursday, August 18, 2022 so that PMS can perform the power washing work. Vehicles may return to the parking garage after 5:00PM.

We are excited to announce that the custom, mobile parcel cabinets have been delivered from Idel Designs! They are located in the lobby near the seating area. We are working on getting permanent signs to indicate which locker is for which floors, but for now there are temporary signs posted. Edward moved over a few packages that were left in the lobby into the cabinets, so if you are missing a package it is most likely inside one of the cabinets!
It will take some effort on all of our parts to let the couriers know that this is now where packages are to be left. If you have the option to include delivery instructions with your package, please tell the courier to leave the package in the cabinets in the lobby. This will help tremendously so that the couriers know what to do if they visit the building again.

Please be advised that there will be a temporary building water shut-off on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 between 9:00 AM-3:00 PM to replace main valves connected to the boilers/water storage tanks that is causing a lack of cold-water issue in several units. Should the work be completed prior to 3:00pm, the water will turn on once repairs are complete. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and respectfully request that you please plan accordingly for this water shut-off.
This is a friendly reminder that the speed limit in the parking garage is 4 mph. We have received multiple complaints lately that residents are speeding throughout the garage, so please be mindful of the speed limit when driving throughout the garage. We have posted additional signage throughout the different garage levels to remind residents of the speed limit. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter!
